Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Doglet Agi Inc. ("Doglet Agi," "we," "us," "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware, and users who access or use our services ("User," "you," "your"). This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of all services (collectively, the "Services"), including but not limited to the agibible.ai website ("Website"), mobile applications ("Apps"), API interfaces, and all related features.

By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and any other terms, policies, and notices referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Our Services

Scope of Services: Doglet Agi provides an artificial intelligence-powered Bible study and community application ("AgiBible"). Services include, but are not limited to, AI-assisted scripture interpretation, theological Q&A, devotional content, community discussion forums, and personal study tools (collectively, the "Services"). The specific content and features will be determined by your chosen subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate the services at any time.

Service Usage Restrictions: You agree not to use the Services in any jurisdiction where such use would violate local laws. The Services do not comply with specific industry regulations (such as HIPAA, FISMA, etc.), and you must not use the services if your use is subject to such laws. You may not use the services in any manner that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or any other applicable laws.

Input and Output Rules: You may submit information and other materials ("Input") to the Services, and the Services will utilize AI technology to generate corresponding responses ("Output"). You warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and authorizations for your Input. When using or sharing any Output, you must clearly indicate that it was generated by AI.

Subscription and Access Rights: Subject to your payment of all fees and compliance with this Agreement, Doglet Agi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services during the subscription term. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to your renewal date.

Third-Party Service Integration: The Services may integrate with third-party services. When using third-party services, you must comply with their terms. Doglet Agi makes no warranties regarding, and is not responsible for, any third-party services.

API Usage Terms: If we provide API interfaces, your use is subject to this Agreement and any specific API usage terms. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or terminate API access at any time.

2. Use of Services

Basic License: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services and Content (defined in Section 4.1) strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.

Submissions: If you provide questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the Services ("Submissions"), you agree that we are free to use them. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and incorporate such Submissions for any lawful purpose, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

User Contributions: When you create, submit, post, or share content through the Services (e.g., community posts, comments, notes) ("Contributions"), you retain ownership of your Contributions. However, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and create derivative works of your Contributions in connection with operating and providing the Services.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your Contributions. You warrant that your Contributions are legal, accurate, and do not violate our "Prohibited Activities" (Section 7) or any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify us for any losses caused by your breach of this warranty.

Content Management: We have no obligation to monitor Contributions. However, we reserve the right to remove or edit any Contributions, suspend or disable accounts, and report illegal content to authorities, without notice, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that such Contributions violate this Agreement or any applicable law.

3. User Account and Security

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g., 18 years old), you represent and warrant that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement on your behalf.

Account Accuracy: You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to keep it updated.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are for a single user only and may not be shared.

4. Intellectual Property

Service Intellectual Property: Doglet Agi and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website design, user interfaces, algorithms, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (collectively "Marks").

Trademark Protection: The Doglet Agi and AgiBible names, logos, and all related product and service names are trademarks of Doglet Agi Inc. or its affiliates. You may not use these Marks without our prior written permission.

Protection: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Content or Marks without our explicit written permission.

5. Payment Terms and Subscription

Subscription Fees: All subscription fees are payable at the commencement of the subscription period. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. Your use of the Services is subject to the limits of your chosen subscription plan. If you exceed usage limits, you may be required to upgrade your plan or pay for additional usage.

Billing: We accept payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method periodically. All billing disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of receiving the invoice; otherwise, the invoice will be deemed accepted.

6. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement.

7. Service Usage Restrictions (Prohibited Activities)

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Services for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Services.
• Use any automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Services.
• Use the Services in any way that may impair, disrupt, or place an undue burden on our systems or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other user accounts, or test the vulnerability of our systems.
• Post or distribute any content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, violent, fraudulent, or infringes on any third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights).
• Use the Services to create a competing product or service.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
